At Dpaul Plumbing (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we value transparency and professionalism in every project. This Contracts page outlines the standard terms and conditions that apply to our plumbing services, ensuring both our team and our clients understand the scope, responsibilities, and expectations of each job.
Service Agreements
- All plumbing services will be confirmed through a written or digital contract before work begins.
- The contract will include the scope of work, estimated timeline, payment terms, and any special conditions agreed upon.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties.
Estimates & Pricing
- Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.
- Additional work required due to unforeseen conditions will be discussed and quoted separately.
- Pricing may be subject to change if material costs or labor requirements differ from the original estimate.
Payment Terms
- Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in each contract.
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Responsibilities of the Client
- Provide access to the property during agreed work hours.
- Ensure the work area is safe and free from obstacles.
- Notify us promptly of any changes or issues related to the project.
Responsibilities of Dpaul Plumbing
- Perform work in a professional and timely manner.
- Comply with all applicable building codes and regulations.
- Use quality materials and skilled labor for every project.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Warranties & Guarantees
- We stand by the quality of our workmanship and will address any defects in labor within the warranty period specified in the contract.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and materials used.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients may cancel or reschedule work by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made without sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Liability
- Dpaul Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages that occur due to factors outside our control.
- We are fully licensed and insured for all work performed.
Governing Law
All contracts are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with state regulations.
